I can’t believe this is almost over! I’ve been following along nearly daily for a little over a month and I’m shocked at how quickly the time passed. Thank you so much for this course, Natalie!

Amazing course! I already knew how to do head stands on the wall but these 30 days really helped me to develop additional strength and endurance which lack of before prevented me from keeping a good form for a longer time. Thanks Nat x

Hi Natalie! I am so proud of what your course and teaching have done for me. Starting with a certainty that I would never achieve a handstand you have made it so easy to work through getting stronger wrists and shoulders and core without even realising it and then absolutely fantastically being able to kick up confidently and get the handstand job done!!! Thank you so much. I have loved this!!!

Hi I am trying to do a handstand before my 50th birthday. I have been following your daily videos and they have been great. I am still struggling with kicking up and holding, but I feel way closer to my goal. I will keep practicing. Thanks.

That is wonderful! Now that you have managed to kick up, try to hold the handstand on the wall and step by step you are goind to improve! Good luck on your journey :)

Hi Nat!! Well after struggling a bit with the kickup and repeating class 25 for 3 or 4 times, finally reached this last class. Feels awesome to be able to follow you along. Today I even got taked off the wall for a few seconds by engaging more the core and glutes. I guess from now should try to work on that body awareness (that I felt growing on every class btw) in order to take off from the wall a little bit more every time. So, this is not over at all!! All I can say is you are an excellent teacher and this series you've made is one of the best things on the internet so far! So thanks a lot for all the knowledge and fun shared with us. Big hug from Argentina!! 🇦🇷🤸♂️🤸♀️🇬🇧

Thank you very much. It was a great journey. The little steps helped a lot to not hurt myself, even with an old injury in the shoulders. I even could hold the handstand without the wall sometimes. I still have to work on the shoulder mobility, because i think i have a little bananashape. The best thing is, that i can practise outdoors on my bike trip for the next half year. I hope you are doing well and maybe there will be a new challenge when i am back.

I did the kick up in the middle of the room. Wasn’t brave enough to do more than 5 seconds. What I found thats best for me was not to look at my hands but to look forwards 45 degrees down. Tomorrow I will repeat this workout and try for 10 seconds in the middle of the room.
@NatalieReckert3 жыл бұрын
That sounds really good. 45° is good too, as long as you have a fixed focus point for your eyes. check this for how to fall safely kzbin.info/www/bejne/bHmsZZ54mciWfpI

Thanks for your demonstration. My skill is advanced a lot, I can stand 5 seconds at least. Question : why does my left shoulder is collapsed when comparing to the right ?
@NatalieReckert5 жыл бұрын
Thanks for following along all the way. It is quite common to have a stronger right side, if you are right handed. It could also be that one part of your back is weaker, as most people's bodies are not symmetrical.

I followed your videos im appreciate for you too much I'm wondering if started exercises first day when I reach 30th exercises I will do handstand
@NatalieReckert5 жыл бұрын
Hello Andre, so these 30 days should help you to kick up and hold a few seconds with the wall. If you want to do handstands without the wall, it takes a bit longer and more practice. You can start to slowly build it up by holding longer seconds with the wall and practicing your kick up. I also have a vimeo course if you feel ready to work a bit harder and want to get the free standing handstand. Best wishes and thanks for following my work. vimeo.com/ondemand/handbalancing

It's really normal to be frustrated while learning something challenging like Handstand posture.Its all about constant improvement and consistency.3 days ago I just could not do it but all of a sudden 2 days ago I just did my first ever handstand.so it's all about being consistent.just don't give up keep trying.you must and you will get it when it is the time.just be patient. BTW it took me 3 months to do a wall handstand.so its okay.take your time but be consistent with your practice and your intentions.All the best😊😇❤️.
