It’s a fabulous piece Susan. As soon as you threw the ‘flowers’ down it came alive. And I think the addition of French knots will make it pop even more. Beautiful work. 💕

Do you have stabilizer behind this? Do you frame this? Or just hang it?

I usually use stabilizer if I’ve got a thin fabric. once in a while I find that I don’t need to if I’m working on a heavy linen but I’ll be honest a lot of times I’ll get working on a project and decide that it’s going to be more intense than I thought originally so then I end up tucking some felt underneath the stitching areas so that I’ve got a little bit more stable. I tend to not frame the pieces, but I stretch them either over a canvas or piece of wood and then I leave it for the people that buy it to decide if they want to frame it or not.
