One of my Dad's friends was a tree surgeon. He made a deal with my Dad, we could have the wood from the trees he cut down for free, if we kept up with him. My Dad had a big chain saw, and a little one for me. My father had a wood stove in our finished basement. He and I finished it together. So, when Doug cut a tree down, I would help load both trucks and a trailer. I would also make a pile for the mulcher. We could have as much as we wanted. So, I'm 5'2" and 100 pounds. I could keep up with both Doug and Dad. 😊❤ Best memories ever. Then, me and Dad would go fishing the next day if I wasn't working.

Gentlemen, Great job with the tree removal! If you don't want to grind the stumps, put some decorative planters on them, with some flowers. Even some lawn statues would dress them up. I've also seen videos where a person uses a chainsaw to turn the stumps into chairs or yard art. Keep smiling! You all seem to be having fun! 😊

There are videos on KZbin on DIY tree stump removal in case you want to save some money, Summer. The process involves building a fire on top of the tree stump and it would be a good fall beer drinking project for the guys. There are also chemicals that supposedly work, but they undoubtedly take longer. Please consider returning to KZbin someday soon, Summer. Your videos were very entertaining. I’m the wingnut who asked you who would win in a fist fight between you and Hneiva during your last livestream. I will come up with another gem to ask during your next livestream whenever that happens.

When you cut down trees, you should plant some small ones to keep the regenerative forces going. Not in the same place, but nearby. Trimming around power lines should be done by the electric company if possible. Their equipment is certified to work around power lines. Instead of just placing the wood in the burn pile, perhaps someone might enjoy having the wood to fuel their stoves next winter. All in all however a good project done safely.
@makeuplover68522 ай бұрын
where I am from in NB, Canada out in rural farm land the Gov't isn't coming to trim trees around your power line on your property, they can barely keep up trimming all the trees on Gov't / crown land. Same goes for flagging power or gas lines on your own property, in very rural areas this is up to the home owner to keep good records of where the lines are. In VERY rural areas like where the Cornstar farms are...there is no shortage of fire wood, ever. Hence why they just burn whatever they can't use for themselves.

the things that most people do not know is when you plant evergreens /Pine trees it is best to have multiple trees because the roots are sometimes not well developed and they protected each other from high winds as a singular trees are more likely to go down easier

So just to let you know that chainsaws can get stuck in jerk back or just jerk back in general. My father is a retired lumberjack and one time he was cutting a tree and for whatever reason something happened so fast and it cut him. So you should really wear stuff that can help prevent cuts from a chainsaw. Steel toe boots chaps jackets I know. And a hat with a face shield. And earplugs

And you should never push a tree down like that cuz one it could slip back and come back at you. Two depending on the ground and root system. Those could flip up too. There was a gentleman that cut a tree down not far from where I lived he cut the tree down on the root system flipped right up and killed him
