In-Drive: Tampa, I got 2 rides total $35 under 20 miles. Nice! The Auction process is great. I took 20 Lyft rides and pitched the riders In-Drive, closing every english speaker/downloading the app in the ride. Folks here are ready. Most importantly was the CEO & CMO's roll-out vision, very smart, IMO.

16:47 I’m happy to try to explain because I fought with Uber so badly on this one to the point where the guy at the green hub had to say it is what it is. Uber consider as a timeline period of eight weeks where they are calculating the acceptance and cancellation rates based now on your last 200 trips. In the beginning, my thought was if I reject 10 trips and I accept 10 trips I’m fair and square but that’s not the truth. Each time you reject a trip it’s like a mark on the timeline that week by week will slide to the left in your calculation will follow where you wore from 0 to 200 acceptance and make an average . For example, today you declined two trips so you will be at 198 and tomorrow you have accepted all the trips that was offered to you. You be still at 198 because of the timestamp between the eight weeks shows that at some point you had some trips rejected. The same applies to the cancellation rate. So this is not based only on the number of traps it’s based on the timeline and the number of trips. This is why they put that funny Ward called look back window.

19:05 well the problem with the pro status and I can talk about myself in Westchester New York is that if I’m not on the top tier 3, I’m not able to get information such as trip length or what destination such as north south east less because we don’t have upfront pricing and we drive blind we never know where we going. If I’m not a good boy on the leash, I will lose that privilege of having such information.

Ive been doing hundreds of deliveries and my satisfaction rate never increases past 91% Its like long as the customers happy i never get rated.

people just dont rate as much when they are happy with service, they tend to only speak up when they not happy, and then sometimes you get rated bad and it's the restaurants fault not yours.

Lyft not allowed using waze and Google map navigation in my area washington DC area. Does someone know about this situation? The big problem is that the Lyft map navigation system isn't working properly.

I got 3 or 4 rides at $2.50 - 3.00 per mile [Tampa Bay]. then Uber spent the next 7 or 8 pings trying to get even...My AR suffered. I had to log-out.

I got to the pick up and I waited messaged the rider and called and they never showed up and it hurt me even when they cancelled on me on my way to the rider

Can we find out what's going on with Lyft at LAX? Drivers are no longer getting dispatched for pickups after drop-offs, forcing drivers to either leave entirely or go to the end of the saturated queue. Is Uber doing this too? Is it happening at other airports? I'm advising all drivers to decline all LAX trips until this gets fixed.

I am not sure that competition between multiple rideshare companies is good for the driver. They will compete for the passengers not for the drivers. In Brazil indriver is only good for the driver if the passenger wants to go to the hell at 2am, because they let drivers charge accordingly instead of nobody accepting the trip on uber.

I was a gold pro and when my insurance relapsed. As I was not able to upload my insurance information so uber had to do it and when they did I lost my status and now on starting over. And there is more so wondering if you all can contact me as I have gotten screwed over on both accounts
