Jury nullification is kinda when you would reply to these three questions like this: 1) Was the occured event criminal - yes 2) Did the defendant commit this crime - yes 3) Is the defendant guilty - no So it's like, it's not supposed to work like this, you're supposed to say that the defendant is guilty if the answer to the first two questions is yes, because you gave an oath to do it like that, but you still technically can do it, because that's how the system works and changing it would break the system in more ways than one.
