Relax genius. This is where you need to understand precedent. Ordinary citizens can be appointed to cabinet, and, by convention the senate if required. Convention is that Carney would seek a seat at the earliest possible convenience. There is a by election scheduled for a riding in Montreal in the next 120 days. Calm your tits.
