Games have been SO fast paced with kills lately it’s actually refreshing a bit. Warzone, Xdefiant, Valorant, etc. Like there’s no strategy to fight back rather than just get shot 3 times and you’re dead. But people forget to… it’s EARLY ACCESS. Lol It’s supposed to be out early to get feed back, people always say they want to get the chance to be in a beta… this is your chance. This is the chance to help create a game we want.

Unfortunately the game has no optimization. 4080 / 7900x3d and I can only get about 70fps on medium settings with DLSS performance. Native resolution is about 45fps. The games aesthetic is really cool, but I also don’t really think third person is conducive to competitive multiplayer shooters. Also the whole NFT thing…

Also the game menu and ui was a mess huge improvement. Generaly speaking the game has improved a lot since August. ​​@@bigbox1431I personally never liked apex. The gun play felt slow and not very impactful, without a mag like 2 - 3 reloads for a kill always set me off. And I didn't like apex movement at all except for sliding down hills and pathfinder. And don't get me started on the healing in that game. Major innovation. I guess the hybrid br and extraction is a cool change it gives you something to do during a match. The arms and leggs system is actually awesome and has created some cool gameplay moments like losing both arms and desperately looking for one. Or people removing there leggs to hide etc. But a battle royale is still a battle royale they are all kinda similar and it's the little things that form good game play that set them apart.

It’s fluid, offers a new 3rd party experience with PVE & PVP, elements that are exciting, engaging and diverse mostly. Signed up for closed beta and played a couple matches. The map is nice and well designed, but other than that, I wasn’t blown away or anything. Now since two days or so, they went open beta. The $Gun tokens you earn from playing the game is sooo little that it’s hardly worth it, but being able to sell the extracted gear you collect ingame for the same currency, you need an OTG pro subscription for a meagre € 12,99 A MONTH?! That is even worse than a gta+ subscription so rockstar can sell you the 200 cars they removed from their game two years ago as “exclusive benefits”? I honestly thought this Gunzilla company wanted to show they could do something different and better than EA, Rockstar and Activision, but they are just as greedy as the rest, if not even worse🙄

You can only sell something if you're a "pro member" which is a 12 euro monthly fee. Without that pro membership you earn currency 5 times as slow and you don't get to sell the bad items you unlock. Warzone is a once every 3 month battlepass and if you buy it once, play enough the next one is free.

I think it is P2W, 5x currency for paying PRO is a lot. But for me, the major issue is that the progression is too slow. If you play and en on position 7 out of 17 with 2 kills you earn 0.2 of the currency. When guns, cyberparts, attachements are going for 40 to 70 in common rarity. So if you perform bad or even mediocre, you get nothing and you get hammered by others loadout every single match. So it is a loop of almost no proegression.

I played it. It’s fun. I do have a VERY high end PC. So I got between 120-140 fps. It definitely still needs MAJOR optimization. It’s clearly early access. For me it’s concerning how much $$ they’re shelling out to pay creators. I really wish studios WOULD STOP doing this. Look at beautiful light for instance. No creators are paid, yet creators willingly and happily join play tests. It’s because the game is FUN and they don’t need to be paid to play. And the videos generally get very good views.

The game obviously will be optimised and features ironed out, so I don't think it should be all people are focusing on. It's not like it's unplayable! To be honest, when watching you guys stream I just want to see you having a fun, rewarding experience and it's just great to see a game appear out of nowhere and tick a lot of boxes. They made a lot of stylistic changes since I played the NDA pre alpha version. Back then operators wore tactical gear and clothing with dark grey and camo green colors. And the original cinematic wasn’t like it is now where it’s like apex legends.The colors and tone of the game were was much more dark and serious during the pre alpha version. Intresting game, runs well on ps5 but visuals bit grainy. (Well for early access) The main problem is the quantity of inputs when playing on controller. Requiring multiple button presses to activate or do an action is clunky. Then theres issues with aiming, feels very floaty on controller and input curve felt like 1:1 input that isnt for me personally. Oh and first person mode, surely the age of 3pp people from behind walls is done. It also hurts gunplay.

also. steam's item trading system has absolutely nothing to do with why they wont allow crypto. its for valves safety. 1) highly fluctuating markets make it difficult for valve to get their 30% cut. which is why they forced many countries this year to pay with $ instead of their currency. 2) the taxes for converting to traditional currencies can be pretty big 3) crypto is still poorly regulated in most places and a high risk for fraud and money laundering

I played it tonight on ps5 , i enjoyed the game its got great potential . Movement on controller is bit rough and there is lots of bugs on the ps5 , when you set custom button layout its go haywire . I like l1 r1 as the aim and shooter but then it also auto selects the legs use with the same buttons its unplayable . They need to sort out the buttons on controller

literally, just look at spell break, the last cool unique br to launch exclusively on epic, and it didn't even have the crypto bs or the monthly subscription to deal with. Not to mention countless other shooters that looked promising but simply couldn't attract enough players. Shatterline, veiled experts, and more. These games all had cult followings and still failed, Without half as aggressive monetization techniques. Also the 3ps br genre is extremely saturated.

I’d hardly call 3 games, 2 being extremely old, a saturated market. Edit: PUBG released in 2017, Darwin Project in 2020. How do you think it’s saturated when every game you mentioned is 4+ years old?

Im not a BR player. As a casual gamer, that gameplay loop just doesnt interest me. I play to unwind and have fun, when I get my ass handed to me by a sweat who has dumped all his time/money into it I tap out. Its why I gave up on DMZ in season 3. I like the extraction part, but the cheats and sweats ruin it. I can see the same thing happening here. I am interested in looking at the PvE campaign side of things though, that could be good.. especially if can play with a couple mates. However the whole crypto/nft thing.. its a massive red flag. Its all about making money so I highly expect this will just end up in the pay to win bin. It is better than watching Warzone though (anything would be at this point 😂).

Been playing for a long time now I don’t even care for nfts but it’s sure no big deal in this game there is limited amount of items you can pay for for free and sell for currency whats the big deal ?? Poor performance dude the game isn’t even out yet and I dropped 20 kills on ps5 and the ui isn’t the worst I think but go ahead and don’t play the game I’m having a blast lmfao

I got 28fps on low 1440, with a 3060ti and 3600. And gunfights dropped even lower. The game is a lot of fun but needs a ton of optimization.

I feel like this game is almost DOA. The game is fun, fresh and interresting. But, first off, the performance is atrocious. It's not just bad, it's really, really bad. It's basically unplayable on PS5 / console. And on PC the performance seems to be just as bad with most people not even able to get a stable 60 and still having major frame drops during action. On console it's like 20/60fps.(the 75/90/120 options don't work). But aside from the performance. Did any of you take a look at the monetization? A monthly subscription of 12 euro? That's insane. Without the sub, you get 5x less currency, no battlepass (you can't just buy the battlepass) and you can't sell items in the store, you can't even have a clantag. Everything, from weapons, powers, skins to weapon attachments. All locked behind RNG. Yes, you heard that right, you unlock weapons and their attachments by complete RNG. If you find a dupe, you can sell it on the store (only if you're pro member/pay for the sub). There you can also buy specific things you want to buy without the RNG (provided other's are selling them and you have enough currency). But remember, you earn currency 5x slower than the pro members. The meta items will cost a fortune in currency. And you can't sell garbage items on the market (will they even sell is also the question). I'm sorry but that's horrible. And TB calls it a "pretty good deal" even "comparible to warzone" .. in what world? You buy a warzone battlepass once and you earn your points back from the bp so the next one is free. It's a once every 3 months thing. This is a MONTHLY sub for over 10 euro.

I played for a few hours. Cool concept but I really can't get into 3rd person shooters. Might be cool to see this in first person but might be difficult considering the game mechanics.

Just PLEASE develop a 1st person mode. No serious player likes 3rd person shooters. Only a small minority prefer 3rd person. I have absolutely no interest in being able to see around corners and boring non-immersive point and click gunplay.
