I played through Pokemon Scarlet using Tulip's team to find out if Tulip has what it takes to become Champion. And of course there's some more mystery to be had!

The Indigo Disk DLC actually added a new Pokémon to each of the gym leaders teams. And Tulip added a Fire Type to her team. So things could go very different if you retry some of these runs with the updated teams

Love the overarching plots, and yes I can't wait for an Eri run (and all of Team Star really) once the league members are fully cleared out. Maybe cap these off with a run using all the Titan Pokemon (that one even lets you maybe be a Tatsugiri that's part of the team).

You should do one of these "Can X become champion" challenges as one of the teachers (or Miriam), not just because I was more interested in the teachers than the league in this game, but since you never have to interact with them so it would make it.....more realistic....less fourth wall breaky... I'm not sure about the terminology, although you do have to fight (and meet) Hazzel, and partake in a gym puzzle with dendra, so I guess not those two, and you do have a required cutscene in Jacq's classroom, so maybe not him either.

I might very much be bias with Florges being my favorite Fairy type, but even with it having the same defense as a bed of flowers, it’s still a very great teammate if you stick with it through thick and thin. The early game here just lends it a bad hand.

Is finding another incarnation even possible? If Vasko is send BACK in time every time, he becomes the first one every time as well so there can't be previous incarnations at all. The only thing that could have an impact is that theoretically, the professor in the "present" have more and more memories of Vasko's visits and whereabouts through time. Maybe if he gets far enough, the professor could bring him back with the time machine?

Can Tulips Psychic skill and Power of Makeup, make up and uncover the Paldea and her own Treasure? I guess their a reason why she’s act so mature and all about business too. No time to raise pokemon, Just like little kid with makeup, things aren’t pretty and awful in the start. With an Indeedee, it a different story. After all in the dex entries for male one: “This Pokémon never leaves its Trainer's side. It predicts their actions with its psychic power and takes care of their day-to-day needs.” She seems to be good as fairy type as psychic. Florges totally fits with her. ------------------ This Lillie got crushed up into power by Tulip, I was over confident in my skills and challenged her as my 3rd gym leader… I am going to develop my makeup, exercise and even psychic powers. *She brew an idea* Maybe get some new heels to walk in.

Tulip was actually my 3rd gym fight and plan on making Katy my final gym. So to see her team this terrible early on while I STRUGGLED with her team (bc of my silly decision) was...interesting lol. Btw Tulip's VA sounds pretty close to Klara's. Are they the same?

You don't need long jump go access alfeirona,in fact you can access all of paldea without koraidon You have to use the long road on the outside who will drop you to the exit of the cave of alfeironora cave

Where that cave? I need to find that cave... sorry... it's just... groudon is hiding in the cave, I don't have any clues on where kyogre is besides a weird rock formation out at sea. I know where rayquaza is. He's on the cliffs surrounding area zero near mesagoza. But I wanna catch groudon and kyogre first because I feel that it will make rayquaza easier to catch because it doesn't have to worry about groudon and kyogre getting into a fight because they would belong to me... yes I do indeed have the tao trio. I used my three master balls to catch them because I felt that they don't deserve a regular pokeball. They deserve the master balls. They are all one pokemon that was forced to split into two. But two became three as the original body was reduced to a husk of a form and forced to separate from it's two halves. It would only be natural for me to catch them all in the same type of ball. ... also yes i did also catch the alola legendaries. I nicknamed necrozma nebby. Also I transferred giratina from legends arkoos to my game so i had the full creation trio. Also my terapagos is a boy. He is my son.

I think if you start EV training these teams, Vasko, they would be able to win more likely than not against the hardest fights. Gardevoir fully maxed out in speed and special attack, on top of a few Calm Minds means it would solo through Poppy's Team. I think a bit more planning for each of these battles could make Tulip win.

Yeah I've been trying to do these runs with minimal EVs as well, and def going to consider this as an option since the difficulty in SV is a lot higher than SwSh where I could get away without the EVs. I do still get a few here and there from battles, but never go out of my way to work on specific stats.

In the manga he has poliwhirl as his first mon which was a poliwag when he firsr met it, he also has venusaur pikachu gyarados snorlax and espeon (aerodactyl in his main team but thats not in the game so pretend espeon he did use espeon after his form shifting eevee evolved into it and bulbapedia lists espeon as his 5th main with aero as 7th) all those are avaliable with the dlc's could make for an interesting run especially brassius with a Polwag and Bulbasaur i don't know what your rules are about using eggs but could always make a seperate challenge like in the cynthia in garlar video not sure if the team fits the format but figured it'd be a cool idea lol
