You can add a potable stove on that white counter with a bowl sink and tap or have those in the balcony but a small kitchen unit like RVs would be nice. At least a coffee maker and an Air fryer 😊 Laundry could also be added under that sink outside the bathroom. Adding a portable grill in the balcony is also an option.

I prefer the ones that have an upstairs as theres a kitchen in those. I guess in these smaller ones they have a microvave to cook with.i do wish they would go slower to show more details. I would def live in there.100% better than my flat.i like that theres a balcony where if your a crafter you can sculpt or if you make cards.would be lovely to spend an afternoon out there. I think they show a rainy day to show you can put the heat up and snuggle watching the huge screen watching your fav films. They dont mention the service charges for water and land rates.

Too much glass for me. Have to have a kitchen. Sleeping area has to be separated from the rest of the unit. Needs a den/LR area. You don’t want to entertain in your bedroom. For a single first time person this might be ok. Is it all solar? What if it rains for days and you get no sun? Bummer.

There are houses around the world which are 100% fully off grid powered by solar only. If you live in a developed country and you don’t have enough money there’s no way you can purchase a house like that with that price with separate rooms. Perhaps you are rich or never lived in a student rental property or accommodation before?
