How refreshing to see ‘behind the go pro’. There’s a unique commitment towards each other, I know father and son, but seems to be more. Lovely.

Hi Steve and Alex, I watch all your videos as I subscribe to yours and quite a few other builders, I just wanted to say to you both that your a credit to our trade as I myself am a brickie and have been since 1980. My son worked with me for a number of years and we too had a great working/father/social relationship. My son died April 2021 as he developed Ulcerative Colitis and I miss him more than anything. I have been back at work for some time now and just taking jobs that I can manage on my own but making a living as I go… I just wanted to say to you both that you should enjoy every moment working together as your bond between you grows from strength to strength and making memories as you go. Keep doing what your doing and keep making the videos, oh and by the way Alex, get your hair cut lol. Cheers Martin

Long may you share times together. Take care and God bless you both for bringing pleasure to those outside of your family with the videos. All the best to you both, regards John

I worked and played with my dad most of my life! Just did whatever he was doing. His profession was civil engineer but his job was being a dad! He passed of Parkinson's in 05 but I still talk to him and ask what he would do? Best thing I ever did was to learn to think and prioritize life like he did! Don't ever miss out on time with loved ones, life can be short.

After I finished my time serving my bricklaying apprenticeship with a firm, because my father didn't want me to go into construction. I went to work with my dad to gain some experience. 27 years later we were still together.Until he retired. I spend more time with him than anyone else. And he is still my best mucker.

I know exactly where you are coming from, my oldest son was a builder and his oldest son used to work with him, but unfortunately we lost Simon (my son) 1st April 2020, he died in my arms, the darkest day of my wife and I lives.

Genuinely, one of the *BEST* KZbin Vids ever. This chimes with me *so much*. I work with my Bro, I get on his tits every now & then, & he gets on mine occasionally also. But... Fam. If you know, then you know.
