I feel low, headache-y, looks like my chronic STD that I got infected with several years ago starts again. And just having this thought of having it for the rest of my life makes me very depressed, emotional and full of shame. There’s no way around it. I just need to accept it. But man this acceptance doesn’t come easy to me. Thank you for your art, for sharing it with us. Your music IS healing, it helped me to calm down. Even if it’s just calming down for now. It is still -20 minutes of worries out of 24 hours today. It makes the day a little bit lighter. Thank you 🙏 ❤
