I’m going to be starting my case study in level three soon so this video was really helpful. I like the cake analogy, but unlike a piece of writing once the cake is cooked you can’t take each of the separate ingredients apart. I find it quite interesting that there’s a lot of selfless counsellors, but when you’re training and you’re writing about what happened and what you did and how you felt, it’s all me, me, me.

I'm on level 4 and my case study is coming up. However I can't seem to grasp what concept my peer as a client is using in sessions. And I struggle on explaining the questions I used linking to theory. Can you help advise what to do please
