Ahhh, I love u lol. I felt the same way when I visited my therapist, I thought I was the only one. I'm glad your counselor sounds so awesome. I'm to nervous to come out to like anyone my best friend knows I'm trans* but that's it. Ur vids help me so much glad ur having a good day, and that ur exams went well :) ily ❤️

I'm glad you found someone that's like good for you to talk to :) I remember when I was abit younger I had a like "counsellor" and she wasn't very like she cared about what I felt or cared about what was happening my head. She asked me straight questions like literally "do you cut your arms" and she kept going on like that. I didn't trust her with anything I said as she would tell my parents so I'm not sure :/

I was really nervous to go on T but I just trusted myself because although I was scared, I was more scared not to. Still sometimes I'm like 'WHAT IF I'M MAKING A MISTAKE?' But I think it's just internalised transphobia and unless you are the most resilient person in the world everything everyone says and the constant messages from society is going to make you doubt yourself. Again, whenever I feel that, I'm like 'okay then, imagining stopping transition (I'm getting top surgery soon so I'm like 'okay, let's pretend you're not going to get it)' and that makes me feel way worse so then I know I'm making the right decision. btw, I think the English word for the guy you talked to is a psychiatrist- that's who I had to see so I could get my testogel (I can't take needles) covered by the government. I'm glad you're excited, anxiety and excitement can sometimes get mixed up. I feel so happy when I think about being post-top surgery.

Alex Wood Alex Wood I'm so happy for you with how your transition is going! And no, the guy I talked to actually specifically said he isn't a psychiatrist, haha. I checked and he's a sexologist (as well as so,eh other things, again, I can't remember, whoops) Also good luck on the surgery! Hope everything goes well and that you'll have a quick recovery :D

Kovu is a unicorn ooooh... I've never even heard of that. Thanks for the well wishes, I'm prepping for feeling really terrible after surgery especially because it's on 13/12 so my recovery is over Christmas and my friend who's looking after me is going home for Christmas, but all my family live in England (I live in Australia- I will be dying of heat exhaustion because I live in the tropics) and I'm spending all my money on surgery (so that I could get it sooner- in the UK it's free but I'd have to wait 3yrs or more) so I can't fly over and it's my first Christmas without family. I was going to spend Christmas with my fellow vegan Swedish friend but now her family are coming over and I am anti-social so I'll just be watching youtube and feeling sorry for myself :P Anyway, hopefully everything physically will go well. Stay positive :D

I really love these videos, honestly. My aunt is the only one that knows that I'd be preferred as a boy, so I just internally freak out when I have to go see a therapist. Anywayyssss I'm meeting a therapist soon and I'm panicking but I'm hoping my therapist will be like yours. Long story, but anyways I love your videos Kovu!

Know that feeling. I found the PERFECT one. Yk? And I got so much better bc of him. One day, he saw it like "done". And I was happy and stuff. But.. then I tried to commit suicide and was in like eh.. psychiatry (or whatever its spelled) and after that to a new psychiatrist.. (the old perf one was too far away and even "done") It was okay and I thought I wouldn't need him anymore. My mum was like "Nonono it WILL come back" but I hate it since psychiatry when ppl try to help me but I don't see a reason and I feel like they just do it bc its a job and they get money from it, I'm just another mental ill stupid child that talks about her life and nobody REALLY cares. I came to your video cuz one of my online friends is trans and I didn't know what a binder is.. So I watched your video. And a bit more. And then I subscribed you. And now I watch every video. First you didn't help but first I had to help myself a little. Now its okay and you DO help me. So what I meant to say: You help a lot of people and we all love you so so so much! We really hope you get better and we would be super sad if not :c Elsker deg!!
