The first of his radio shows I ever heard and this scene had me laughing out loud throughout. I've been utterly hooked since.

This is from the 'James Bond' radio episode. Classic stuff, but you need to hear the full show to appreciate it fully. Tickets for the Aberdeen show next year- not long to go!

Brilliant! But why has this been edited to remove the bit where the 'technician' thinks he's being had by his mate Dominic? It's thus odd here that, for no apparent reason at all, Arthur starts calling the technician Dominic. And there's more missing - the rambling about bartering in the bizarres and the Ice Cream Wars.

I think this is just a taster of Arthur’s radio shows.

Count Arthur once told me that he had never been into reading instructions preferring instead to use his "finely honed intellect". A few weeks ago Arthur invited me to join him in the popular strategy board game called "Risk". Not the tidiest of people either, we had to dig deep into a box full of assorted games to retrieve the pieces. After several hours Arthur declared himself the winner. By this time had managed to build a hotel on Madagascar, got points from a triple word score using Kamchatca, had sunk Argentina and declared "checkmate" on China with a candlestick. Whilst I went for a lay down Arthur went off for a celebratory drop of "sploosh", I really do.

Is 'Nimble' bread still available ? Not that it ever remotely resembled bread. Count Arthur on top form, as usual, but as another poster has suggested, have a listen to the full episode S01 E04.. He is interviewed for the part of James Bond in the upcoming blockbuster, 'Dr. Wholittle', and has a brief chat to Sean Connery, who was also up for the role. Hilarious stuff. The Count is no stranger to the silver screen, having already starred in ' The Sound of Mucus ', ' Murder on the Leyton Orient Expressway ', and 'The Bridge over the River Taff ', for which he received an 'Arthur' at the film awards ceremony in Merthyr Tydfil. An accomplished Tenner, having recently performed alongside Placebo Mavarotti, at the Drill Hall in Bermondsey, the Count is reprising his role in ' Madame Butterkist ', to be seen later this year, at Doncaster race course.

Love Count Arthur even if he has ripped of performers from the 50s,60s and heard alot of similar material before. But he reminds me of so many old men who would tell a joke say it was there's and they heard it in there days forgetting old time acts can be found on internate.

Not sure what you mean? There’s been comparisons with Harry Worth (and Arthur is NOTHING like Worth: Arthur is hilarious). I don’t know of any other acts looking like, or as funny as, Count Arthur!
