I love Pete Minger. I had the honor of playing for him during his senior recital at U of Miami. He got his bachelor s degree at 40. I was 22, he was so gracious ❤

It's just as hard to play the piano like Basie. It is easier to discreetly play a piece by Franz Liszt than to play those 3 notes of maximum perfection by Basie
