thank you Brenda. Rents here are high and there's a lot of folks looking for housing. If the "right" tenant comes along, I can always lower the price. It would be worth it to have someone who respects someone else's property and wants a clean home.

I loved this update on everything. Your yard looks so neat and clean. I remember when you first met Cody and his owner, John, I think his name is. Cody kept his eye on his owner all the time and followed him around. And now he runs to you for treats. 😊 What good "friends" you have in both of them.

thanks so much Dianne. That kitty appeard a few weeks ago. He lays in my chair on the front porch and most likely stays under the porch at night (not sure). He allows me to pet his head. He's such a sweetie pie and has a strange little Meow. He also allows me to feed him lol.

Looking reallllllllly good, Mary. You have really worked hard, and it shows. I have been wanting to buy a couple of those cattle panels to make arched trellises in my garden to grow vining plants on, but I have no way of transporting them home. They are too big for my SUV. I looked into delivery from TSC and they wanted $$$ just to deliver them.

I made a reply but it's not showing up. Drats! So.. I was saying that the cattle panel will roll up like a burrito and you can tie them. Maybe they'll fit in your car that way. I couldn't bring them home either in my little car. Brian took his trailer and picked them up.
