Appreciate you pushing them more than other channels and I do sympathize with them for the bad pre-patch. But I can’t agree that they fixed anything in a timely manner in Cata. Myself and others spend months reporting the most obvious and disruptive bugs with zero communication or action. The fact that they shipped Cata out in a state where players couldn’t leave dungeon groups, experience exploits and spells randomly missing tells me that they were forced to rush it when it wasn’t ready.

i love cata and im hyped to get to play it again. i hope the bugs get worked out and the game play is smooth. cata is the first expansion where i feel like i can casually play the game and really enjoy it. def don’t blame the devs for the issues. working for a large corp is always going to come with decisions being made that the employees don’t agree with.

It will correct itself I think in phase 4 , but it won’t go back to how it was phase 2

Cata being greenlid that long ago is interesting. MoP coming is what I take from that. I am still very sceptical that they will do WoD without significant changes to it. But that is still way to early to talk about. I really hope for a rerun of the original trilogy again. At least gauge the interest :D

The challenge of content, the difficulty, is only worth it if the player base has a reason to do it. What is the reward? If you make a heroic dungeon or implement the higher difficulty level dungeons, they need to have equipment rewards that are appropriate to the difficulty level. As much as we love challenging content, nobody is excited to do difficult content for gear that is less powerful than the gear they get from the previous tier normal mode raid.

Make the solved BoAs from archeology be in the Heirloom tab. Ones solved u can have it on multiple chars without struggle..

Pretty obvious why Cata this time around is better perceived, the vanilla version of the world/game still exists and is available to play.... Last time around they wiped out all the places you had fond memories of with your friends. Back then i was so mad that my favourite version of the game just vanished and how good/bad or hard/easy the new dungeons were didn't matter one bit to me at all-

Kind of an odd answer about the state of the cata launch. I don’t know how they can say they were proud of it and did everything in a timely manner when it launched with that many bugs. Regardless, thanks for the interview

Enjoying some positivity in these comments before the typical wow players come to complain, insult, cry, and behave like absolute children. It amazes me how much people can complain about something yet continue to consume it and content related to it. If you are unhappy with the game, please, just go unsubscribe. Tired of being surrounded by miserable whiney adults when im enjoying myself and vibing.

@@stillnotchill2560 Season of Discovery isn’t doing well, my server got locked and is completely dead. Cata is riding a hype was but it will hold more players than SoD at this point.
