Counter punches in pendulum while moving backwards

How to get out of danger and counter the opponent's attack. The foot work is primary and the punching is secondary.

I´ve been training this technique for 5 training sessions now and it feels very natural for me and I could do a lot of counters during sparring meanwhile. It works very well and I recommend it to everyone. Thanks alot coach.

I’m liking your teaching machanics and fundaments. I’m just a guy trying to stay in sharp and learn the right ways of boxing including the ways to stretch and exercises needed to be in to prevent injury. If you haven’t already can you do a video of the stretching and exercises the guys are doing in the background of some of your videos?

Basically useless boxing based on pendulum movement. A straight up, outdated style requiring over expenditure of energy, lack of natural platform for defense including jerky jab with erratic flow. I can't see any fighter going over 3 rounds with this style. It's no wonder that you do not see this style in Eastern Europe anymore once they had adopted American style for pro fighting. Simply put an archaic technique from which you can only adopt fragments but discard most of this jumpy circus show.
