There will never be 3rd person in Counter Strike because it allows you to see around angles while keeping covered. That would break the core mechanics of the game and every map thats been in the pool, some for over 20 years. That being said its super useful to practice movement and understanding your characters hitboxes/movement acceleration in my opinion, and could be a lot of fun on your own server with friends.
