Knowing Valve they might never update them. Though, to be honest, I did genuinely expect them to overhaul the animaitons for CS2. I mean yeah, it still could be an update later down the line like how CS:GO got it's sounds changed in 2017, but honestly, with how Valve treated Office I don't think they care enough.

I remember looking at L4D2 mods on the workshop and seeing that the file sizes for CS:GO weapon ports being surprisingly low. I think most of these animations are highly optimized and that newer animations would have bigger file sizes. If it ain't broke don't fix it I guess.

"Complaints about motion" :hand gun -The hammer is not raised or is half cocked. -Dual M9 tactical reload (here, it means reloading when there are bullets left in the magazine), the slide is not fully open. :Shotgun -The cartridge is not ejected (until CSGO, the cartridge was ejected properly) :SMG -MAC-10 is not an open bolt mechanism. The UMP-45 selector is set to safety. (Even though the selector on MP5SD is fully automatic...) :rifle - The pull of the charging handle when reloading the FA-MAS is too short. -M4A4 selector is set to safety. (Even though the selector on M4A1-S is fully automatic...) - No matter how you look at the size of the AUG's magazine, it can hold more than 30 rounds. -SG553's selector is set to semi-auto. :sniper rifle -With SSG08, I only hold the cocking lever when reloading. -G3/SG-1's charging handle moves when firing. :LMG - There is no bandolier animation for NEGEV. (I thought it couldn't be helped because it was a beta test, but M249 had proper animation) “What has improved” -The texture has improved. - AWP bolts are now visible. (In CSGO, it was pitch black and I couldn't see the bolt) Sorry for the long message.

It's so lazy that they reused most of the gun sounds and all of weapon animations. Plus the only characters that have voicelines in this game are Phoenix and SAS (I have a KSK CT skin and he has no voicelines in CS2)

카운터 스트라이크의 특징 대부분 총기에 노리쇠 고정 과 슬라이드 고정이 안된채 장전한다. 단 M4A4는 노리쇠 전진하지만 도중 재장전할때는 노리쇠 전진 시킨다....도중 재장전하면 무조건 1발은 장전되어 있기 때문에 그대로 재장전하면 31발이 된다.

That is an extra magazine, go look at real CZ-75 Automatic 9x19mm pistols to see how the front rail can fit the standard 16 round magazine upside-down and also function as a foregrip, they also have 20 and 26 round extended magazines, although those do not fit on the front rail.

That's incredible how Devs of guns/ballistics/shooting based games never understand how weapons really work... Here with pistols for ex. the slide should be locked in open position after the last round is fired and/or if the reloading takes place before the mag is empty you don't need to re-arm the slide (or you loose the cartridge that is ALREADY chambered in)

@@PieroMinayaRojas There were a handful of weapon animation mistakes in every version of the game. but at least the older versions like CSS and 1.6 had actually animated guns locking open on the last round fired. Its really annoying newer versions didn't bother.

I don't know about 1.6 or cz since I haven't played those in awhile, but I know that in cs source, the last fire anim only works for the deagle and the elites, which is funny cause when you decompile the other pistols you can see they have the sequence animation for the last fire but it doesn't work in game.
