1. Sets the CPU frequency in higher boundary (Idle state can be disabled), then the EFFECTIVE clock is kept above 4GHz when purely idling. In game CPU frequency is kept above 4.8GHz, mostly 4.95GHz - 5.05Hz.
Without this, the effective clocks drop very low (100s MHz) and cpu responds slower until it boosts up the clock, which affects from mouse movements to special effects (smoke / molly) or shooting animations appear and disappear. This also applies to L3 Cache clock which is kept high (4.9GHz+) for low latency.
For my case, it prevents 90+ FPS drop of 1% low FPS, such a situation when molly disappears and burnt residue appears.

These two can be saved as batch files and apply them before/after playing game (no need to reboot)
Idling power consumption on 7800X3D increases from 22W to 28W, on 5700X3D from 28W to 39W when only background processes are running
2. Reduces CPU overhead of compressing and decompressing while data is moving through the RAM.

7800X3D (FCLK 2200MHz, SMT off, CO -30 to -45 per core, Dynamic Vcore -0.045V)
SMT OFF reduces power consumption and temperature which helps Curve Optimizer (CO) to boost clock up to 5.05GHz and keep it as high as possible. (or additional decoupled CPU clock OC possible) CS2 seems to consume only ~41W PPT max (1440p 4:3, 193FPS cap), ~52W PPT max (1440p 4:3, 300FPS cap)
8000MHz RAM (36-45-45-57-45-480, PDM off, GDM on, 59ns)
VDD = 1.5V, VDD * 0.94 = VDDQ = VDDIO = 1.41V
RAM OC helps 1% low, even for X3D CPU (must for comp. games for other platforms)
Gear 2 OC (UCLK = 1/2 MCLK) can be stable with lower CPU VSoC, around 1.1V or even lower, which results in 4-6W saving and 2-4'C heat reduction vs. 1.25-1.3V. No need for VSoC LLC. Lower UCLK reduces heat further.
Power saving and lower heat allows little more headroom for CO and therefore higher and stabler boost clock.
+ later settled on VDD = 1.45V, VDD * 0.94 = VDDQ = VDDIO = 1.36V, VDDP = 1.1V, VDDG = 0.90V, VSoC = 1.05V and Cinebench all core effective boost 5.0GHz & 73 'C
Gaming probably doesn't use all core boost all the time, but temperature can be lower
RX 7900 XT (1.07V, +10% PL)
Last few drivers allow higher SoC Clock (1500MHz) without OCing the memory, so no more VRAM OC
RTSS framerate limited to 192.99 FPS (limiting avg. FPS increases 1% low FPS, at least for CS2)
Framerate seems to move between 170-193 FPS
+ Basic USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter such as RTL 8153 is better than on-board lan port, lower ping and stable, try if u have disconnection and ping/jitter issues ;) There was 3ms reduction for me
+ When DDR5 matures in 2-3 years, current FCLK 2200MHz will be matching the best with 2200*4 = 8800MHz lower CL and lower voltage ram or Zen5 with higher FCLK * 4 = RAM Frequency.
+ Currently using HAGS (Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling) ON and Threaded DPC (which is windows default. They resulted lower 1% FPS drop from smoke and molly testing.
+ AMD Adrenalin 23.40.19.01 (beta of 24.2.1) seems to be better than 24.2.1 even though there should be no difference or other drivers. LatencyMon shows lower {kernel mode driver framework runtime, NT kernel & System and DirectX Graphics Kernel} execution time, lower measured interrupt to process latency, highest ISR/DPC execution time, v. 24.2.1 version.
+ For high frequency noise, capacitor filters can work to reduce noise, such as ELFIDELITY AXF-107, I'm using it well (for Audio use too)

brother we are making all this effort to get the best FSP and quality just to keep dying to spinbots I still play this game for drops, will probably go to valorant or Apex at this point at least the cheaters thier are in High ranks
