I know some people who worked in a forge shop that was in my hometown. They told me it was steel-toed boots, long jeans, long-sleeved flannel shirt, long underwear top and bottom, leather gloves, hardhat with earmuffs and dark face shield, ear plugs and dark safety glasses. And ambient air temperature of 130 degrees.
