Another old truck saved. Great work as always but this is one of a handful of vehicles that they have done that I really don't care for because of the theme. I know it's what the customer asked for and as always they pulled it off. I can only imagine how many days of air brushing was involved. I have restored 8-9 of these square bodies over the last 30 years and the parts you have to work with are not that great. If you notice @ 9:50 the gap between the hood and fender is way too wide. It has to be the hood on this one because I seen them working on the old fenders. No matter what sheet metal you buy the part is never big enough to fit the hole. Fenders, hood and doors are always smaller than oem and leaves you with large gaps between parts. You would think that someone would make them to fit considering how many of these trucks get rebuilt. Great truck and I really dig the interior on this one.

That was an almost homerun... the truck itself is a nice build. The paint I am afraid was overboard on caricatures. The dragon on the hood was perfection with the exception of the nostrils which the crew themselves pointed out. I loved the authentic look of the dash and the nice interior... The tailgate...I'd hang that on my wall any day. my 02
