I like how he asked if he wanted to check out the museum. It’s funny because you know he did that to get a little break from work. When I worked at a custom chassis shop my boss told me If any customers asked me to show them around or anything to always stop what I’m doing and just talk to them. They are usually just rich dudes that are intrigued by cars haha. But yeah I’d always walk people around the property telling them everything I was told about all the cars everywhere. It was a pretty fun job. I miss working there

It is so PLEASING to see the correct wheels, hubs, and tires on this beautiful automobile. They did such a Fabulous job, actually in the 1930's Automotive Body Design, no other Decade Compares. The 1938 Buick Century, Bugatti every year of the 30's, there were vehicles that just remain the *Best in Automotive Body Design"!* To redesign one is sinful, ought to be a law, I mean "Do Not Ever" jack with PERFECTION! They were Design Geniuses, Artists, its like "repainting a Picasso or Rembrandt", ... No Really! Very nicely "adjusted". 🏆

I'm guessing you never saw many of the "counting cars" cause per Danny , the owner of Count's customs always specialized in finding out exactly what a customer wanted and then they would give them what they wanted and more and in all the seasons I watched the show I was almost always as amazed as the customer was with what Danny and his crew were able to accomplish with the info that they got from the customer and if you're not a completely jaded fan of the old history Channel and A&E car shows hopefully you'll see enough videos on KZbin to give you a new appreciation of the restorations and customs Danny and his "Count's " customs put out , cause to me, they always went up to what was ordered and at least a couple of steps above what even could have been imagined before the final product was revealed 😊😅😮😂❤😂😊❤😊

It amuses me to read comments that start off with: "I wish that he/they" or "They should have/could have" or "He/They ruined the car." Folks when are you gonna learn that Counting Cars is a concept reality show. Yes the shop actually exists, Danny and his crew actually exist and they actually do what they do and get richer doing it. Yet the point is all a matter of perspective and the type and style of work that is specific to that shop. There are hundreds of custom and restoration shops all over North America, but only a few get a television series. There are only two kinds of customers. Ones who want absolute original restoration OR ones who want modifications. Now which do think costs more to do? If you say with all of high end automotive technology and upgrades, the sky is the limit. Now that may be true, but it is not logical, practical, reasonable or of common sense, but some people have nothing better to do than spend money. The reality is that it is more expensive and time consuming to fully restore a vehicle to its original showroom condition. Almost every thing has to be rebuilt without fiberglass or bondo. That means cutting and reshaping metal, often straightening the frame and the worst part the car they are starting with has been attempted a restoration by an amateur 'Do-it-yourself' who gave up. Finding original parts is time consuming and labor intensive, not to mention making them look brand new once again. Restorations almost never come close to estimate and never below. Doing that kind of work requires an open contract with lots of leeway. Of course no show is going to release episodes where a customer freaks out and wants their money back plus their car put back to the condition it came in. There are protection clauses in the contract to prevent that anyway. They are under the umbrella of Caveat Emptor, otherwise, "Let the buyer beware". Point being, what you couch critics think are of no consequence, it's not your show. If it was your show. Would you really be concerned with what other felt you should have done after the fact? Of course not. It's not like you would call up a customer and tell them they read a comment on KZbin and 'wished' or 'should' or 'could' have done something different and/or better? If you believe that, then I recommend you make an appointment with a mental health professional to help resolve your delusional issues. (Note: This comment was issued with a modicum of satire, sarcasm and dry wit).
