Hi Matthew, I am new to the griddle. I bought the 22 inch Adventure Ready from Walmart. I love your videos. Matthew, I am a combat Vietnam Vet. I was in Nam for 18 months. Everyday I have thoughts of going to meet my mom and dad in Heaven. But watching you and your faith and how kind and thoughtful you are in showing us how to use the griddle and just the way you do inspires me. And man you be funny. Good Groceries is classic.....Your pooch and the kids, man you are the real deal. I have watch pretty much all your videos. I wanted to respond sooner but didn't feel like it was the right time. Oh man I have to thank you for the info on the canned biscuits and gravy on the blackstone. Dude made breakfast for 11 this morning camping and NO LEFTOVERS AND NO COMPLAINTS. Everyone loved it and asked for it again tomorrow morning. They couldn’t believe that I did biscuits on the flattop. Thanks a huge bunch man.

Been watching your videos since I bought my blackstone several weeks ago. You have been very helpful. Been waiting for it to warm up in the morning, so I can start trying breakfast on there. Definitely have to try this, I haven't had pork loin for breakfast but it looks damn good. Maybe I'll try some breakfast sausage seasoning in the flour.
