Alternate serving method; hollow out a baguette "boat" to load in the shrimp, have a knife ready to cut chunks along the way.........and make extra butter sauce, you'll want/need it.

Maybe toast it before adding the prawns then it will be a garlic bread. Yes I said prawns cause we don’t have shrimp here in Australia. Even though everyone says. Throw a Shrimp on a barbie. That line was only to help Americans know what prawns were. Prawns=shrimp.

I don't get freezing the butter just to put it back on the shrimp and melt it w a blow torch. Why not keep it in a bowl and toss the shrimp in it when you take them off the flattop?
@TheFlatTopKingАй бұрын
@@judmorrison68 kinda my fault… the weather had turned colder. The idea was to make some frozen butter rounds and have it melt down the shrimp. The thickness of barely melted butter is definitely different than hot butter. With the cooler temps and taking pics for thumbnails… the shrimp cooled down to fast and by the time we added the frozen butter it was too late.

I'm just curious, how many outdoor cooking items do you have in total? My wife laughed when I said that I wanted a Santa Maria "you already have a BBQ and 2 offset smokers, you don't need another one" I think she loves our Blackstone or forgot about it cause she didn't bring that one up lol. I want to prove a point since I do all the cooking

I love y’alls videos and and your food, but you say add how much hot sauce for the heat as you want and you use chalula, I’m thinking that not even the whole bottle would be enough maybe without the rest of the sauce ingredients it still wouldn’t be enough for me and a lot of the people I know. I’m not saying that’s not good but I love the heat
