I have been crocheting for about 2 years now & your tutorials are by far the best that I have followed. You are very clear, you show what to do without going too fast or slow & you explain multiple sizes on your videos which is literally amazing. I have a hard time just using patterns & definitely prefer videos, I'm sure I'm not the only one so thank you!

Thank you SO much! I made your hats that match these to give to my book club friends for Christmas, and these are so perfect to match and easy to make. I really appreciate your easy-to-follow tutorials. I'm still a beginner, and you are a very good teacher!

this was so awesome. I spent over an hour trying to make a different fingerless glove pattern last night, and gave up after frogging the body like four different times. I was able to work off the cuffs from that one for these and they came out so great! very helpful and easy to follow tutorial, definitely gained a subscriber.

this is SUCH a good pattern!! i was in a panic looking for a tutorial on how to make a fingerless glove for kids but couldn't find anything. finally i came across this pattern and it SAVED ME. my 8 year old cousin wears his gloves every day and size S fit him PERFECTLY. since then i've made a size L for my boyfriend and size M for my bestie and i literally cannot stop making them this pattern is just THAT GOOD.😩😩

Than you for a great, easy to follow tutorial🙏 I really love the DC/PSDC pattern. I've finished the first one and did just a little tweak to the cuff, since my wrist is quite tiny, I prefer not to keep the same amount of stitches through the cuff and body because then the cuff is looser than I'd like. What I do is I make it snug and then I increase a little during the first round of the body 😊

Is there a line like we always have when we join each row? I dont see that line /seam on yours.
@TheTurtleTrunkАй бұрын
There is a join line on mine too. I try and work my joins quite tight so that they are less noticeable.

I am so confused as to how to start the glove part. I’m having trouble figuring out which stitches to work in to. Is there another video to help me with that? I end up with more than 24 stitches (medium size).

I dont know if my eyes are playing tricks but in round 4 it looks like you are doing your dbc in between and not on top of the v part ?
@my.fireflyАй бұрын
i dont have 5 zise hook, i had 4 and 6, decided to do large size with 4 size hook and its so small т.т ive been doing row 3 and 4 three times now so it would be higher, it looks amazing, but i wish i had size 5 hook lmao... im beginner and total stoopid lol
@TheTurtleTrunkАй бұрын
Oh yes a 4mm hook is quite small, sounds like it's time to invest in a 5mm hook! I use my 5mm all the time so I think you would use it a lot if you got one!

is anyone else really struggling with hand round one?? like i can barely get my hook through the first v in each section.

The yarn I bought suggest 3.5mm hook, couldn't find thick yarn ... So please tell me what steps should I follow to make this pattern . Please reply ASAP as I'm a beginner very nervous for this one.
@TheTurtleTrunkАй бұрын
What is the size of yarn you bought? If it's a medium 4 weight / worsted yarn than you can follow the pattern a normal but use a 5mm hook.
@sabirafarooq9862Ай бұрын
I checked the details , my yarn weight is 3-light and it suggests 4.5 mm hook . Please tell me what to do now ?

Could you be adding in extra stitches by accident? Make sure you’re counting your stitches at the end of each round to ensure you’re not adding in extras
@louweezy2003Ай бұрын
Double check your stitch count
@TheGingerLPS1235Ай бұрын
a mistake I make when I was beginning was always slip stitching to the chain each round and not the first crotchet which would make it grow x
