Good morning Ma'am! I enjoy watching you cook. I just have to say I worked in a meat department for years, I was the wrapper at first. The meat would come down the belt and I wrapped it. One day the meat overwhelmed me and fell off the belt on the floor I pick it up to wash it, the butcher yelled at me and made me wrap that dirty meat up. My advice, wash your meat OFF it won't Hurt the meat! And don't forget to Pray over ALL your Food! GOD Bless You All!Thank you Ma'am for All your recipes.

Hey Sheryl! Good to hear from you but I hate to hear about the sickness of those close to you. Hope they are getting better. I truly understand not having the time to watch KZbin videos because some times I find it hard to find time to make them. I enjoy sharing wholesome knowledge with people that can understand what I am sharing. I hope to put in more time working to get my cookbook published. When I put it on sell I’ll make sure to let everyone know. I appreciate the support. I will keep you and your family in my prayers. I pray God’s blessings and healing. I appreciate you watching. Have a great weekend.

@@MaeMaesHappyTable Thank you for your response. Thank you also for all your prayers. My Dear friend took Covid and has had two heart attacks. Infact I had to call the ambulance Monday. She just got home today. She's been in and out of the hospital since January. My time has been trying to get her to eat better being she's a diabetic also and sleep well and get proper exercise. It's been a long haul. Very stressful. She doesn't like to listen to the Doctors or me!!!! Anyway I'm glad I got to sneak in to see your video. Very relaxing for me to hear your voice. I Love to listen to nuggets of wisdom!! You have a blessed weekend also. I also follow your daughter on UTube. She is a sweetie. I loved her Pink Out event that she went to. I love community events like that. I told her I am a breast cancer survivor of 13 years and that my favorite color has been Pink!!!

Hi Mrs.Mae Mae,this brings back so memories with the cubed steak.Sometimes we had a large round steak cut in six pieces, and beat with mallet. Steak and onion gravy.,rice, English peas,and brown and serve rolls was the menu. Had this every other Saturday.Love you and Mr.Tuck.Blessings.❤🙏

I just returned from big lots to purchase that seasoning. 😃 I’m trying this recipe on Saturday. Thanks Ms Mae Mae! Yes, those frozen butter beans tasted good however, I’m thinking the fresh could be a bit stronger in flavor. That said, the bowl of beans was ‘licked clean’! LOL! I was told by a master gardener that lima’s don’t grow well in Tx. I’ve planted my seeds regardless and praying over them. Mr Tuck I have my bush beans and Elite, black eyed peas in the ground and hoping for the best. Trying to study all about pests, suckers, micronutrients and all the education I can get on gardening. Thanks for the tip about drying out some beans and using them for next year. God bless! 🌱🍉🫑🐞🌼
@MaeMaesHappyTable2 жыл бұрын
Hey sis! That sure was a good looking meal you fixed! Those beans really looked good. Now day the fresh Lima beans don’t seem to have as much flavor as they used to. You never can tell. I’m shocked about Lima beans not doing well I’m Texas. The climate is similar to what we have here. Glad you planted it to see for yourself. Some times is just the spot someone tried to plant it in. I hope they do well. I’m Going to see if Tuck will be ready to show his garden soon. I looks to be doing very well. I’ll be emailing you Sunday. I don’t want to say what In the comments. Tell Rene hello. Me and Tuck love that spicy ketchup and will be trying to get more. Where did he get it from? Hope you have a good weekend. God bless.

always I say always wash & clean your meat & vegetables & fruit I use to be a meat cutter at a large supermarket chain here in Michigan, some of the helpers from different departments didn't meet the clean standards, you don't know who's handling the products we buy, so always clean your food for the safety of yourself, family & friends.
