It took me forever to find this. The sheet music is "Whisper-of-the-Heart-Country-Road-Flute-Quintet-Violin-I" on scribd. Yes it's much easier to play if you transpose it up 1 note. Yes it's not exactly the same as what he's playing, but extremely close.
