Actually, the story is even better! I was about to book my flights to go get him and just before I booked, I posted a story on Instagram asking if by any chance someone I knew was doing Athens - Brussels around those dates in order to avoid flying myself (carbon footprint and all). And 7 (SE-VEN!) people offered to help! The dates didn't match with most of them unfortunately, but one amazing girl was in the right dates! We factimed and organized everything together and she brought him back on her flight, just out of pure kindness 😭🥰🥰🥰
