That was not Szechuan sauce at all. There wasn’t even Szechuan peppercorns anywhere to be seen. Plus fish sauce is not used in Chinese cooking in general

I always used a sticky roller and roll it over my entire shirt and pants before I cook for other people and put my hair up. If you don't you can be guaranteed a loose one getting away from you.
