700 for 5 cups is great if you get the texture and quality just like that of a restaurant’s hot chocolate. it’s like getting a cup for 140 which is a steal because you don’t get a cup of chocolate below 300 in mumbai unless its some mid restaurant .

If you add a generous amount of hersheys/cadbury to milk in a pot and drop in a pinch of salt, a cinnamon stick and a pinch of coffee, the cocoa taste comes out more and the sugar taste is neutralised

La Folie probably should officially start selling quick-lime (choona) also as they seem to be very good at it. They charge ₹350 as delivery for this small packet, that too in 4-5 business days to Bangalore in addition to ₹700 for the product. I can understand the charge if they are flying it on the same day, but charging so much for what a courier normally would charge ₹60 to 80 is beyond atrocious.

It's sad that Tiggle hot chocolate wasn't a part of this. It's a very unique hot chocolate , uses jaggery as a sweetener and the taste is too freaking good

Great video as always! What i like to do with the hot chocolate powder brands is, to always mix in a spoon or so of unsweetened cocoa powder. The hot choc mixes on their own don't do it for me
