Can you purchase a deal more than once on the same account? Do the digital coupons clip more than once?

Yes you can purchase as many as you want no limit at Walgreens but digital coupons you can only use it once.

How do I find how many I have left until I get to my spend $40 get WC booster on the app?

You can’t find it on the app as far as I’m aware. You have to log in to their website through the browser on your phone or on a laptop/desktop.

Yes as Eva said you need to log in on the website then click Walgreens cash rewards at the bottom part you will see how many transactions you did already

On the store coupon for the pads. Do you physically have to have the coupons or can they just scan from picture off my phone? My Walgreens doesn’t ever have coupons like that.
