Ashkenzi people came from Japheth which make them europeans. It's impossible for them to be the true bloodline Israelites.

I think I agree. That simple but profound interpretation or understanding of the history and background of the Ashkenazi Jews, is what allow another important truth to be accepted: Hebrews of the Ten Tribes of the North haven’t come back and hence, the present State of Israel isn’t controlled by the descendent of Abraham.... the prophecy relating the return of the Yahudim hasn’t been accomplished.

Based upon your decades of serious research and scholarship? Please. Your lack of historical perspective - that is, proper education - is glaringly obvious. As is your lack of respect for a highly accomplished scholar. Shut up and learn something.

@@Historian212 I don't trust the scholars because most of them where colonizers who wrote the history after they stole land and identity . I believe the bible deuteronomy chapter 28 tell us who the chosen people are and the ashkenazi people has never fulfilled any of that.

There is only one God. Earths people worship Him in the ways they feel connected and called to. He manifests through all time into everything. Our inability to recognise him in a mere ant is our own downfall. We have been given free will to do as we please. Many turn a blind eye and there they have failed the test. There is only one God and it saddens Him to see wars and hatred fueled by the human assumptions that their book that was approved by an overthrowing government is somehow better than the next. There is only one God who is the Great Creator of this place and this life is your greatest test. Can we propagate peace or will it be hatred? Peace never needed hatred and hatred never wanted peace this is why we bleed while praying to be free. Ignorance is not bliss. It is ignorance. Everything has something to teach. There is only one God.

@@lastdays806 I have nothing against Jesus the real historic one who spoke the very Jewish concept and value based Sermon on the Mount. But unfortunately he was used as a sword of death for centuries over the lives of millions of Jews by his Christian followers who besmirtched his name. So please dont throw him at us Jews as if we don't already heve long before even him whatever is good that you imbibe from him. We gave the Psalms and the beauty of such biblical books as Isaiah et al prophets centuries earlier and we have tons of wonderful reflective wise writings based on them in our Talmud. Your prosilatizing efforts are condescending and painful to many of us.

Irrelevant. The professor is discussing the history of the Jewish people, not religion as such. (Generally, different Jews believe different things. They are all members of the Jewish people.)

Actually, Ashkenaz is not eastern Europe. Ashkenaz is west Germany and northern France.
