I found this video to 'justify' my band work with hip hinge movements to rehab psoas injury. I learnt a heap thankyou and great instruction.

Great vid. I will definitely be applying this next time I deadlift as I'm currently having back pain that shooting down to my backside, from doing them yesterday!

Interesting!!! Very good to see the slomotion process /technique! I do not trust myself yet so I prefer the hexbar. But will try with the band. Thank you for uploading this!

One of My client’s has such a hard time with hip hinge. I think his psoas is to tight

I dont do deadlifts, so unnecessary for me especially with lower back pain

Beka Machurishvili you probably do a deadlift movement every day without knowing it. Dishwasher, lifting a basket, Lifting and carrying a box... it’s important for all back pain sufferers

wrong, I spent lots of money for the top physiotherapist in London. £100 per hour. I have DDD and severe herniated disk. I do deadlift 20 kg now. It is important. Trust this man
