Coursed 6-string "Guitar to Bass" Mod - Modern Revolver remix

Can't believe it! Interesting! YOU are the only guy installing "coursed" strings on a regular 6 string guitar. I build CBG's. A few months ago, after seeing a short video from another CBG builder, I had to build me a 3 string/6 string cigar box guitar. (later finding out the term for it is "coursed") I used an entire 6 string set where I just paired each of the 3 low strings with each of the corresponding high strings. So, yes, it's still technically a 3 string guitar. But, then again, it's really a 6 string guitar. Tuned to GDG, this thing sings like a pair of song birds. It's got an amazingly beautiful full harmony sound! I never heard the word "coursed" before. I just called it "paired harmony strings", or to say it this way, each low string has it's own high "sister string". I'd expect that it's gotta be much easier to build a coursed-stringed cigar box guitar from scratch than it would be to modify a factory-made 6 string guitar. Anyway, I'm guessing there must not be a lot of people out there doing this. Am I right? Sorry, man. I think I've said too much. LOL

I like when you make videos where you just use these ridiculous guitars in an actual song. It’s cool and all to watch you build these things , but it doesn’t mean much if you have all these unique instruments and you don’t play them.
