The longer scale sounds more "musical" and full like a grand piano. The shorter scale sounds more percussive and "punchy"

As much as I tried, I could NOT find any Ukulele like the one you played. The most similar I found was an eletric fretless bass-ukulele, but not a single fretless regular baritone ukulele, eletric or not. Where can I find that?

Excellent experiment. Keep in mind. The bass notes you produce are longer in frequency than the room you are in. I owned a Bag end P.a. system that could go down to 8 hz. That was very impressive. But it is very specific. You need to have a band who is aware of it and can take advantage of it. Keep at it. You are on the right way. Now create your own bass. Based on what you learned here. Raise the low strings. Think of the ellipse it needs.

Hey bro, what gauge of strings did you use? How was the tension and action of the strings?
@archfioravantiАй бұрын
Tip to improve tuning below 20Hz: (for experts): connect the pickup output to a digital oscilloscope and check the output frequency waves or better with FFT analysis. Congratulations for having the courage to experiment.

In my opinion these experimentation with AI should stay private, soon they will be very harmful to the musicians

@@SaidTooMuchProductions I used Udio recently to create 2 songs in the same way: one electronicore and one more post-hardcore/screamo. Didn't even pay for a subscription, so I don't have access to inpainting, but still they sound awesome.

I feel like the difference becomes a lot more noticeable when you add distortion. I could tell a difference between both examples but if i didn't know better i'd think these are just 2 different bass tones.

This is a VERY interesting video to say the least. What is that BASS, and how did you mod it? The string spacing looks just like something I could really use, and need. Brdige?

Just play the bass Vl. Put a b string on it if you want to.

a double bass is playing in the same octave as a regular e bass, which is the contra octave /thus, contrabass)
I have a double neck guitar with a 34" 4 string bass which I converted to a contra baritone(?)/bass VI tuned to B0. I was thinking it would be cool to buy one of those Brice Defiant 53437 multiscale basses and converting it to a 7 string and tuning it down to Admiral Angry territory although I don't think I have the luthier expertise and I doubt it would be comfortable to play.
