I was grabbed at about the age of 4 with a little girl I was playing with in the yard of a family friend my parents were visited. 4 older boys / young men carried us to a car, she was in the front seat and I in the back. They were more interested in her. Suddenly the two in the front seat with the girl freaked, the whole car when silent. As I remember it, I floated up in the air and out the closed back seat driver's side window and floated down to the ground. I heard a voice of a man with a southern accent yell "run!" I took off, I heard the guys yell "He's getting away". They went after me, I ran through bushes that slowed them down then up to the steps to the front door where my parents were, I could feel their hands on my shoulder trying to grab me but I got in the house, they took off. My parents were so angry I made noise they'd not let me tell what had happened. I had to sit on a chair with my hands on my lap with a ribbon over my hands. If I squirmed and moved the ribbon it was proof I was moving and would get punished more (my mom did that to me often). I never told my parents what happened. I've no idea what happened to the little girl. I was afraid to say anything to my parents as I was afraid of being punished. This was 1958 or 1959 I wonder about the little girl and still have such guilt I was afraid to speak up. How did I get out of that car? Who shouted for me to run? Why me and not her? I can still see her face in my mind, I don't know her name. Had my parents let me talk maybe she would have been rescued. I don't know what happened.

By telling the world, and creating an online media madness, they have jeopardised the ability of a juror to remain impartial and to act only on knowledge obtained during a trial. Her saying her name was Stacey must be because of the Bible verse about becoming one with your spouse. 😑 Idk if that means she was submissive, but hope it won’t mean that she won’t spill the tea on Stacey. Notice she answered other questions sanely? She’s definitely mentally competent to stand trial!
@polkadots7162 жыл бұрын
She's just not wanting to cooperate, IMO. She was reluctant to answer questions. I think she gave her husband's name trying to be deceptive. Her thought may have been that she could pose as "Stacey" (since it's also a female name) so the charges would be in her husband's name and she could walk free. That little ploy didn't go far. I agree she's competent to stand trial, but she's certainly not very bright.

they haven't released a lot of details, but from what I've read, she was in the hospital when he went missing and she's only charged with failure to report, so I don't think they suspect her of doing it. They just suspect her of knowing who did and not saying anything.

From my understanding she's the one who gave the tip as to who did the act and knew about it. She was also living at the residence where it took place. Question is, how long did she know and when did she move into that residence. I'm assuming more arrest are coming with stiffer charges. I'm sure they are holding her to get more info to secure a arrest and trial.

They have said nothing about his time or cause of of death. Nor who killed him. The charges mean the police have reasonable evidence to believe he is dead. That Sarah knew he was dead and how/who killed him, but failed to inform the authorities of the police and therefore the coroner who could investigate the death. The charges also mean that she could have knowledge to the whereabouts of his body and again failed to inform the authorities. That is it. They haven't said that she killed him, nor that she actually buried him. But those charges may well come in time if/when they find the evidence. So the only thing they can prove right now is that she knew Monkey was dead and she didn't report it.
@Auntypsychotic122 жыл бұрын
The way understand it, it may mean she knew he had died and how he died and didnt report it

If you also mean about the 12th November being on the charges, it's the date that they had probable cause to charge her with it, not the day she found out he was dead/he died. It means they don't know or can prove the date that he died, nor the date that she found out he was dead. Because they don't know, or can't prove that they put the date as the day they could file the charges against her.
