Thanks for your excellence in what you do, Paul. You're the man!! Funniest line you said had me laughing during this reaction was "There was so much pain in her voice, that I wanted to give her a hug", lol. You've reacted to her rock side before today to her other 2 upbeat "Cover Sessions" and also her AGT audition that rocked the world and gave her the recognition she deserves. There's so so many other performances that show more of her diversified singing styles and personality, that every fan of hers should see. The last "Cover Sessions" song left that you haven't watched yet is "Sign of the Times" kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZjEoq2BoL2so8k&pp=sAQA which also shows off her laid back beautiful vocals with a little Courtney twist she adds to it. Not sure you're aware of this, but one of the reasons for these 4 "Cover Sessions" songs was to show people after her time on AGT, where she rocked out on stage and many thought she was only a one trick pony, was to let people know she was capable of much more and could perform any style she chose. Most every rock lover loves Courtney when she rocks the stage, but those who weren't into Rock n Roll had no idea she could also sing like many of the other young kids who sang more like today's listeners were used to hearing. She shocked many when she released this cover and the other cover I just linked to "Sign of the Times". And you may not know about all the hate she got from her days on AGT, even adults, because she sang and performed on stage like she did there. So, maybe that's another reason these 4 "Cover Session" songs were released by her. She may have wanted to prove that she was more than capable of singing like many of today's artists do today. She's a very well rounded artist who can do anything she chooses and do it better than most. Thanks again for this reaction.

Its sad how some of the best singers get hate however if you look at it from this stand point even the haters give her attention and can draw in those people who will love her music. Hi HXC. I don't necessarily know exactly how she does it, but no one can pack a song with as much emotion as Courtney. She has the ability to make the pain feel so raw and fresh that it is almost as if the core of her soul is communicating directly with the core of your soul. I will never say I have a favorite Courtney song because, each one is so special and unique that they can't be compared, but I will say that I think this song shows more of Courtney's vocal range and versatility then just about any other of her performances. You get to hear the beautiful ballad voice, the gorgeous falsetto and then the wonderful Courtney grit all in one. Her transitions between musical styles are flawless and exquisite. One of Courtney's fans played this version for Lewis Capaldi, the songs originator, and he could not say enough about how amazing both Courtney's voice and this version of the song was. As always, she took this massive hit song, 'Courterized' it and, in most of our views, turned it into something that completely blew the original out of the water.

She is a great Talent. We have much great young Talents but the music industrie not looking for the voice so the best singers go down fast, because no chance. But we are now in 2021 and the social media ( that are we ) can push talents same Courtney. I like her since i see her by voice kids britian. She not fear to present old songs, and this she make very well. I say for this only , her janis joplin song by AGT. So i wish good luck for her.

I see you've got some comments suggesting other acts for reaction, but I guarantee you won't find any with more power and passion than Courtney. And she is only 14 here (now 17)! I hope you react to the rest of her songs on Courtney Hadwin VEVO channel, and then back up to her appearances on AGT 2018 and AGT Champions. She has yet to have her own bonafide concert, and, you're right, it will be a killer. She was on the bill with rock legends for Woodstock50, but it fell through for $ reasons. Likewise, she was to appear at a big Austrian festival this month--cancelled because of Covid. The pandemic has really slowed things, but Courtney will bust out soon and is worth the wait. I look forward to more of your reactions to her!
