I met my ex girl in a very similar way. The only difference was that I came out the library, turn the corner, bumped into her, her books fell (like something straight out of a movie). I didn't get her number right there and then but thats when sparks started flying. She was beautiful. Still to this day, even though things didnt work out between us, I still remember how I felt that moment. We're both artists. I guess this is why I love this scene so much....

When I watched this today in my art class. I was like, is that Courtney love? and I asked my teacher, and it was her. Cool seeing her in a movie. Even after 2 years after Kurt had passed away. she looked better back then, then she does now. Frances Cobain Love, her daughter is Gorgeous!!!

I don't think it was her choice not to act anymore; I think she's destroyed her professional reputation to the point that she can't get cast anymore. I'm not a hater, but a spade's a spade.

we recently watched this moving in art history class, and my professor mentioned the fact that basquiant had somewhat of a relationship with madonna. with this in mind, we began wondering if love was suppose to be an unsaid madonna figure, since her name in the credits is lady in pink or something similar. excellent movie, btw. i've been looking into basquiant and andy worhol and their works. fantastic!

Don't know if PEPSI had that style can in the 80's...

it was criticized for that but the film had the right tone. that kind of crazy wild attitude faded away in the 90’s. the last days of disco also had problems with wardrobe and set designs.
