Regarding the clip at 11:11 you were right it was a seatbelt. Players usually call it "being strapped" as it locked down. Usually cornerbacks locking up wide receivers do this, rarely but it happens.

Any American sport has really gotten more violent over the years. I blame our legislature mostly for it because kids aren't disciplined like they used to be. When I did something bad, I got my A#@ REAMED for it!!! SOMETIMES by MORE than ONE elder!!!! ie: teacher; parent; principal; etc. I turned out fine and dandy and I even have RESPECT for others!!!! ALL body parts are where they should be and there's no brain damage from getting slapped across the face or blindsided by a swift open palm to the head.....AND....I LEARNED!!!!.... I LEARNED DISCIPLINE AND RESPECT!!!!! NOW!!!! Everybody and their dang BROTHER are quick to "put it on the net." when it ISN'T EVEN THEIR BUSINESS!!!!!!
