The State gave a fantastic closing. Watching the defendant shaking her head so often, she knew they had everything tied up in a perfect package with a bow on top for the jury. It’s got to be alarming, to be so sure you planned and executed the “perfect crime” only to have it all aired as if she was on film for the entire thing. Excellent work from all involved to help catch and put away this nasty, greedy killer.

It's been around for quite some years afaik. I'm not in USA but you upload all your documents and bank statements etc now. In majority of cases of higher loans though, the bank does call you as well. However I do agree with you that everything going fully digital makes scammers job easier unfortunately. Sux they're trying to get rid of using cash nowadays too, removing ATMs or removing the withdraw cash option. I say this as it goes both ways, as myself and friends have had our accounts suspended due to 'suspicious' transactions, when there was nothing suspect about it lol Just a headache to deal with.

This closing argument was excellent! Organized, persuasive and the prosecutor repeating her theme really stood out as so continued to argue. The Defendant shaking her head, and faces she made, among other things, wasn’t helpful for her though, yikes. We can control what our clients do to a certain extent but I just think it’s important to advise them that they are on display and to act accordingly. 🤦🏽‍♀️

That's what really sealed it for me she had a ton of medication at her home some crushed up sprinkled on her but no fatel levels in her blood. No visine found at the scene but fatel levels in her blood. Then the way she did with the money. Why do people still think they can get away with things like this? The way she spent Lynn's money prior to and after her death, Jessy should've just wrote I am a murderer on her forehead.
