Just recently I thought I’d try the ice bath fad that’s going round at the moment . I ran the bath with just cold water, I live in England and it’s the middle of winter but I didn’t have any ice to use so it wouldn’t have been as cold. I wanted to see if I could stand that first. Let me tell you it HURTS it’s painful. My leg muscles hurt for a while afterwards. It took me 3 attempts to actually dunk myself up to my neck and it was just for about 2 seconds and I jumped back out. I couldn’t stand the pain and shock. I really cannot imagine what that poor boy went through being forced to do that while already starving and without hope and having his brother dictate his position. He must’ve felt absolutely helpless against them. I also had a warm towel waiting on the radiator he had a tarp. That poor child. It’s unimaginable. That is sadistic torture. It is screwed up but we are animals. And this does indeed happen in nature very often. In many cases across so many species, there’s many cases of animals harming and even cannibalism at times with their young. There’s also in many, many cases where animals will neglect the weakness baby and attend to the strongest, and in some twisted act of us not being as civilized as I believe we like to think that we are as a species in part, I think that’s what happened here but she’s obviously, a sick, fucked psychopath. She has 5 children in total, the abuse and neglect only seemed to be get turned up to the level of total neglect and torture with him although I’m sure she was clearly abusive with them all to varying degrees, singling him out, which makes me wonder if some primal way if that reason was deeply manifested in the primal urge to neglect the weakest offspring and attend to the children that is generally be born more physically healthy and likely to survive, this happens often in animals with food, they will intentionally feed the children the most food and in any, leave the least amount of food or none for the “runt.” I’m not excusing her behavior, it’s awful, despite whatever primal urges we feel, we do live in a society that is far removed from our primal instincts and we know better than to act on our urges that are between “right” and “wrong”, she also would’ve been better off giving him up. Just a theory as to why mothers do this. Not justification

I have a son with special needs and she described Timothy’s behaviors (with food) similar to my son’s behaviors. It IS very exhausting and can be frustrating but NEVER EVER in my wildest dreams would we ever ever give our son hot sauce on bread or treat him in such inhumane ways! Timothy sounds like he had Prader-Willi syndrome but an individual who is severely abused, will also present the same behaviors as someone with Prader-Willi. a mother who truly loves her child will seek whatever help and support she can find so she doesn’t lose self-control or her mind. And the way she treated her other son listening to those text messages just about wore me out. I was so stressed out, listening to them and everything she made him do to his brother. She needs to take an ice bath every day for a couple of hours and be soaked in viper sauce, whatever the hottest sauce is and be treated just as she treated that precious precious young man. She can stand the wall with her hands up in the air. Inmates don’t take kindly to child abusers, so she is going to be receiving punishment. She stated something very interesting that she took custody from her ex-husband of Timothy because she didn’t want him to go into foster care . She is worse than foster care would’ve ever been. We adopted our son through foster care, we adopted him on purpose, special needs, and all. And as much as some days are very challenging We have such a deep, love and connection with him as if he was our own biological son, and this evil woman did this to her son her biological son. and then for her to not come to court because she was too emotionally upset. She wimped out because she knew she was guilty and they should’ve made her come. She needed to listen. She needed to hear what she did to her son and pay the consequences of her horrific actions. When she contacted I think she called it DHHS for Support or for help she said she called to vent somebody’s alarm should’ve gone off in their head and they should’ve done a check. Somebody dropped the ball. There needs to be follow up on that call.

This poor child suffered for so long and had no way to get help. This is heartbreaking. This mother hated her child.

This case is beyond sad. Unbelievable inhumanity against her own son and recruiting another son to act so cruel against his brother. Shameful. She killed one son and mentally abused the older son imo. Guilty ...

Am positive it has had an adverse effect on the younger child as well. In 1 video you hear mention that he was running around the house naked. That has got to make you wonder if he is copying what he is seeing done to his big brother. Omg, maybe he thinks it's the norm, i pray not 😟

I’m not sure what I think about the older son, Paul. Paul supposedly lived with his father until he graduated high school then moved in with his mother. He was 19 when Timothy died so was likely living there for one year. Paul’s real father had sole physical custody of him for at least 10 years. Did the father kick Paul out of the house? His graduation would have been May 2021 during the shutdown when it was very hard for 18 year olds to get jobs to support themselves. Paul seems a little off during testimony. So I’m not sure if he has mental issues that make him susceptible to manipulation. I would really need to know more about such mitigating factors before I could decide what I would recommend as Paul’s punishment.

Absolutely. He was homeschooled. Homeschooled without a parent present! That poor kid. Now he has no parents.., he's young so maybe he can be placed in a good foster home!

@@GoodnightJLH Tbh, i would need a good few sessions with him before making a simple statement or even starting an assessment. But going by his body language, how he kept glancing over to her and his physical condition, that boy needs serious help. She said all her kids were thin built but that was lies again because her older son who made a Victim Impact Statement is well at himself. I don't think daddy kicked Paul out, i think Paul went to her because she probably had her claws deep into him from an early age. I do agree with others though when they say Timothy probably wasn't in school, registered with a doctor etc because she wasn't meant to have custody of him. She has just lied about that like everything else she lied about. There is more out now about her and their home life, her mental health etc but i haven't had a chance to catch up. I hope they offer the jury counselling, do they do that in the US?. I know police and EMS etc are offered but don't know about jury or even court clerks and other staff witnessing all this and seeing photos omg 😢 ..... Sorry this is so long but just 1 other point. She said they weren't even living pay cheque to pay cheque, it was worse than that. Then we hear about all this spy equipment and where she stated the camera's were more high tech {{ higher priced as well }} than others they had before. I was like, omg is she being serious? Just shows how her priorities were out the window as well with money.

These horrific cases show how child services are under resourced. Far more money and staff needed. This is doubtless happening across America.

@@lanie-ok they aren't under resourced, the prioritize the wrong things. They go in and take newborns from parents who refuse vaccines, and parents who choose alternative medicine to treat their children, and have even taken children because of parents political views. If they would stop with the bullshit, they could free up a lot more resources.

If she was to be analyzed on the behaviour panel right now, she would be deemed as psychologically unstable, emotionally depraved. Sick eyes like hers are a serious sign people! Every time you analyze a crime scene, always look at the eyes they are the window to the soul, and this is not cliche. It is the truth.
