Emma also said Tammy had sleep apnea, which also requires a doctor’s visit to diagnose. Other witnesses said that Tammy was on antidepressants, which also require medical appointments and prescriptions. Emma is a liar. Another big lie was when she claimed Tammy had life insurance on Chad. She sounded so sulky when the prosecutor made her read Chad’s signature on Tammy’s policy and pointed out that Tammy did NOT have insurance on Chad. Plus, the date of the policy shows he took out the insurance only a month before Tammy died.

The experts think the daughter was convincing? Are you kidding me? Did she ever name the planned event where she had to check for rain? Most weather stations back then (and now) have weather radar that show you projected rain in the area. You can easily get a 10 day weather planner. You wouldn't need to check the wind direction. That's only one small factor anyway. I didn't believe she was convincing at all.

They bold-face lied to the court and had well prepared responses to cover their butts. Emma was told the children were in a "safe place"and never questioned that when the bodies were found in Daddy's backyard. Such a sickness attached to all of them. Poor Tammy 😢

This video is a day late, it would have been much more impactful 24 hours ago (especially based on the title). Emma’s demeanor was very defensive and unemotional. She didn’t win any points with the jury (or public) for her father. Her demeanor might be the way she is naturally however, it didn’t come across very well. If she typically has this type of presentation, she needs some therapy. She didn’t show any emotion about her mother passing away unexpectedly. My own mother passed without warning and over 10 years later, I still can’t speak about it without crying. There are very odd things going on with this family (obviously!) and I hope Chad and Lori rot in hell!

Garth testimony is that his moms dead body rolled out of the bed ,but Chad didn’t get up to help his ailing wife in her hour of need .Chad waited for his son Garth to come and help her lifeless body back into the bed .This was of course Chads way of obtaining a witness to collaborate his testimony for the death certificate . This gives Chad the emotional excuse to purge the entire responsibility on Garth to validate Chads lies and statements that were manufactured for the death certificates
