One of the best judges I've ever seen. Judge Dorrow is a class act. She is intelligent, respectable and shows grace in the most horrific of these cases presented in her court room. I was truly impressed on how she made sure the victims of Darrel Brooks received justice, while allowing him to have his so called defense. She made certain there was no room for error or a mistrial. I'm very certain that she will also display the same amount of respect and decorum as this case is presented.

Time Stamps - Editing While Watching 43:10 - Prosecution Opening Statement 1:20:36 - Defense Opening Statements (this is actually wild lol) 2:12:06 - Back on Record. 2:13:32 - Prosecution calls first witness - Deputy Rozenberger. 2:28:41 - Cross Examination of Deputy Rozenberger. 2:37:52 - Redirect of Deputy Rozenberger. 2:39:36 - Prosecutions calls Kelsey Michalsen (Officer who took witness statement from defendant). 2:51:18 - Cross examination of Kelsey Michalsen. 2:58:13 - Redirect of Kelsey Michalsen. 3:00:59 - Prosecution calls Tabitha Kukes (Deputy Medical Examiner). This witness appears very credible and knowledgeable. 3:33:38 - Cross Examination of Tabitha Kukes. Defense Atty is super rude. 4:34:23 - Judge takes up matters with the parties. Prosecutors object to defense showing exhibits to the jury prior to being accepted by the court and also objects to the defense using the prosecution’s exhibits and marking them as their own. Prosecution also objects to having the victim’s medical records live-streamed.

I know the defense attorney probably doesn't have much to work with but some of his opening statements are ridiculous. He doesn't know why the deceased liked to put visine in her drinks?! He is also blatantly lying, there have been two cases where people were murdered with Visine. A nurse killed her husband and then a guy a few hours from there heard about it and tried to murder someone that way as well. So I would call him out for that if I was the prosecutor.
