Because he was not killed by a car and the bodily injuries do not match at all. It is impossible it's factually impossible. It's not only that Karen is innocent, it's that no car killed John. The FBI has already confirmed this. It defies logic, physics, and common sense for 6,000 lb of metal moving with inertia would not cause gross bodily injuries and would simply punch him in the face and hit him on the back of the head as well as attack his arm. So strange that her tail light was broken and custody and video of her car impounded went missing. But that's besides the point, nobody hit John with a car, not karen, not somebody else, it's factually impossible that he was hit by a car. The FBI has confirmed his bodily injuries are not from being hit by a car or 6,000 lb suv. FBI forensic analysis has also confirmed that Jen McCabe's searches are accurate. Colin and Brian attacked him in the basement after the blunt force trauma to the back of the head, he had a seizure and vomited and he lost three pints of blood which is why they ripped up the basement flooring. And yes, while they attacked him Chloe was also in the basement and she attacked his arm. Initially they planned to pretend a snow plow driver hit him. They threw him on the lawn and that's why Jen McCabe googled how long to die in the cold. They should have called in 911, but they wanted to protect themselves and especially colin. The next morning Jen McCabe did not want Karen to stop at fairview. She tried to keep driving on. Karen insisted and jumped out of the car. That foiled their plans of blaming the snow plow driver and so from there they had to frame Karen

As someone who has sat on a jury before, and talked with 11 other people, and how they see or took in information. I can tell you at this point in this trial. We are just over halfway through the prosecution's witnesses. There is already so much reasonable doubt. Even if they think Karen hit him. Nobody on that jury believes it was intentional. There's probably a few who think she was grossly overcharged. There might even be a few believe this is a cover-up. But not one of them believes that this was her pissed off, backed up 60 ft at 24 mi an hour, hit him and did that damage. By the time they're through with all their experts some of these people will go back and forth. After the defense gets up there. It's going to be all over. This trial is either going to end with acquitting Karen or hung jury. I can't see a possible conviction in this. There are so many red flags and so much reasonable doubt. It's damn near impossible to get 12 people to agree what they're going to have for lunch. What we've seen so far you're not going to get 12 people to agree, yes she did this on purpose.

Since so many on the FKR bandwagon like to speculate about everything I’m going to speculate about that hair. there was likely far more hair on that car and it DID fall off, blow away, during the drive/storm because it was more superficially attached…but that 1 hair was still attached due to being stuck in a crevice or attached to dirt on car or by snow that had become like ice on her car and during the drive through storm it would have stayed in position as it was attached strongly enough. It’s also perfectly reasonable to conclude at some point the hair -as it was sitting in Sally port and forensics had started working (or before they started working) the melting ice turning to water could’ve made that hair slide down a bit. We’ve all seen something (a piece of hair, lint, a bug etc) caught in drips of water, on an object like a Car, a window, etc, and the hair, lint, bug, is fully attached & clinging to the object…side of car or window. One of the biggest red flags in this case imo is notably before JO was found, KR (whilst having every opportunity over a period of around two hours) never asked Jen McCabe or anyone else, if they knew if JO was still at the house, or if he had left, and if so what time? Hence, KR knew JO never went in the house. During this time, KR had also said to JO’s niece, may be she did something and a snowplow hit him. This is all in evidence during the trial.

The amount of folks out there that think Read is innocent is mind-boggling. It shows the extreme lack of any critical thinking skills by a large % of the populace. When asked by Vinnie “who planted the hair,” the conspiracy theory guests had no answer, rather they say that there is possible way for that hair to survive the journey. Well it did. If they planted the hair, where did they get his hair??? Also, the technician swabbed the taillight for DNA. Within the next couple days, a DNA expert will testify that those swabs had DNA that matched John’s. How will they then explain his DNA being on the taillight. I still think Read will be convicted. If not, it will be 11-1 in favor of guilt. She’ll then get retried without her high-priced legal team and be convicted in short order. I think that if the jury hangs with 11-1 or 10-2 voting for guilt, Read will likely plead out and get 10-15 years in prison. She’ll not want to risk it and spend life in prison.

There are some elements of your argument that might hold water if there were not so many other inconsistencies and down right fu*k-ups in the “investigation” (or more precisely, the lack of) that took place at 34 Fairview. How did they get a hair? Seriously? From inside the SUV for one. From JO’s hat (still unaccounted for) for another, and those are just obvious sources just off the top of my head (pun intended). You cannot possibly say with a straight face that the jury will vote 11-1 to convict. That is absurd. The sheer percentage of everyday folks watching this trial who you try to denigrate and which believe in KR’s innocence should tell you that a very high percentage of the jury of KR’s peers are likely believing the same. … 11-1 my ass. There is evidence the CW has no answer for… the scratches on JO’s arm, the lack of blood at the scene, the geo fence data which impeaches many of the key players, Proctor’s conflict of interest, and more. Perhaps you yourself might benefit from some critical thinking in analyzing this case.
