I wouldn't want to be the cause of a mistrial so the self restraint by these victiims is remarkable. He asked the father of two children about a financial interest in his crime because the father applied for assistance with the medical bills. Another witness, a grandfather was being questioned by this bozo and he was reluctant to answer because his grandchildren needed counseling after losing a team mate who was intentionally murdered by this defendant. The grandpa mentioned confidenciality which the judge ruled against. I felt that some of the judges decisions were more lenient with this murderer. I understand she's trying to prevent him from having grounds for an appeal. That would put these good people through this incident a third time. God help victims in these times. You know all those baby's are so traumatized from seeing classmates, kids, familys, friends, adults getting thrown in the air by brooks SUV . Seeing body's laying on the ground, seeing blood everywhere. I know they must have nightmares every night of that day. A special joyful Christmas parade that just turned so tragic 😥 in a blink of an eye. Cause of 1 selfish evil heartless man.. that didn't care about anyone else but himself. Didn't care about running over kids, adults nothing just kept going like it was just a regular drive down main street.. plus he can't say he didn't see the parade. There was cops , guards, flashing lights, signs, barricades blocking 🚫 the roads so no traffic could enter the parade route. And he had plenty plenty of time to stop ✋ and back up or turn around or turn off before he even got to the first part where there was ppl walking with the parade or bystanders. So he can't even use that excuse.. and that he was blowing a freaking horn.. come on man you enter a freaking parade route that was filled with 100s of kids bystanders adults and hit ran them over. That's not there fault cause they didn't or did hear a horn honking ... that's 100,000,000% YOUR FAULT DARELLE BROOKS ... YOU THE ONE THAT ENTER A BLOCKED 🚫 PARADE ROUTE AND CONTINUED TO DRIVE THROUGH THERE WHILE RUNNING OVER KIDS , ADULTS . INJURING AND KILLING SO MANY PPL..
