I just can’t wrap my head around why certain people can’t stop committing crimes. I guess addiction is closely linked but you’d think the hell of prison would be a deterrent that might mitigate even thinking about doing something that you might be put back in.

The hell of prison proves the power of addiction. People commit crimes knowing they'll be caught. Just to get high

This dude has nothing to gain, he's not getting less time and honestly could only hurt himself by snitching so I'm pretty sure he just don't like dudes that kill teenagers like Bryant did. Big difference in his burglary/probation charge and Bryants murder case so maybe this guy snitching has a heart. If he has a daughter and found out Miles did that to a young girl it's very possible he's testifying to make sure Bryant never sees freedom. It shouldnt be that hard to believe

@@domk2993 It's wrong though he will get a a better chance at being released early by parole. You don't have to love this witness just because the defendant is clearly guilty. It's possible to be skeptical of cop-haters with full neck tatoos making a claim about a private convo.

What was he thinking. Man that's horrible. I feel sympathy for the victim and family. I pray that God will give you the peace that you so deserve. Twenty three years old. What's his plan for the next fifty or sixty years. Get a penitentiary husband or something. That's about it. Thinking with the little head being a fool. When I first saw this I thought man! Benji/Joel Madden looking rough these days 😂 Ok jokes aside he was a very good witness for the prosecution. He was very articulate and even though he was in prison he came off very honest and therefore believable especially hearing that hes not getting anything for it. 👏👏👏 I hope this man turns his life around.

For people wondering if this inmate who is testify is basically putting himself in danger to other inmates lets just say hes going to get a pass because he basocally telling on police and telling on police in jail is ok universal with inmates in most facilities

I told you. Favor for a favor!!!! He getting that probation reduced !!!! He wants outta there. So he's telling what he knows in exchange...🤓🤓 unspoken understanding... prisoner: Hey, i was locked up with the killer and we spoke regularly!!! DA: So you're willing to testify!!!? Prisoner: You bet your arse i will!!! So, you know, I am serving a little probation...🤓 DA: Understood buddy. We'll see what we can do.. 😎!!! Just that simple. After i testified, I went to my court date not knowing wtf was going down. My cousin's attorney had took my case and next thing I know, I'm getting to go home with time served!!! Nothing was promised or said, just action taken... !😎

Yes that’s true. But if you’re implying what he said is a lie, you’re wrong. Miles Bryant told him a lot and this inmate probably said he can tell them what Miles has talked to him about, but only if he gets his time reduced. But as far as court records, he hasn’t got his time reduced. He was sentenced already…and his release date is May 2025 as of now. So him testifying hasn’t done anything for him…at least as of yet.

@@domk2993 oh no. I don't think he's lying. It's good for him though because he can help convict a murderer and also help his own case. Eventhough he's not expecting help, he may get help...
