Loved this review. We went to Bonaire last year and I devoured all your videos in preparation. They were VERY helpful. we stayed at the Plaza Beach Resort - which was a combination of wonderful and very frustrating. We might have stayed there anyway - the all-inclusive food was a big draw for our group. I would love to see a comparison of them and Buddy Dive Resort. Great job on this review, and please do more of these types of reviews. Thanks! Oh, one more thought for a video. Probably 90% of the people staying at The Plaza we’re Dutch. We were amazed how much this shaped our stay. I might suggest a video to help people get ready for Dutch cultural differences they might encounter on their visit.

WE STAYED AT THE DIVI FLAMIGO WHICH WAS LOCATED RIGHT ON THE WATER WITH ITS OWN REEF. SO IF YOU ARE INTO DIVING I SUGGEST THE DIVI FLAMINGO

If you're diving: What do you do with your dive gear?

Great question Martin. Many dive shops offer rinse tanks and gear storage for customers who rent tanks. It’s certainly not as convenient as onsite storage, but can work well if you use a nearby shop like Tropical Divers or V.I.P. Thanks for watching!

@@KevinandLizGrogan I just called them. There's a rinse/storage area behind the reception area and they provide a key. Major relief...

@@KevinandLizGrogan Unfortunately, whoever managed the front desk at the Marriott didn't know what they were talking about. There's a new dive shop moving in, and they had completely demolished the locker area. Good thing that the nice folks at AB provided storage right on site and it was very convenient for us to drop off our gear when we returned our tanks. All's well that ends well...
