Jack, congratulations on your PhD. I'm from Brazil, I've been watching your videos for the past few months and this was one of the most clarifying in the way covens understand members' participation. I am going through dedication over the last 2 years and the time elapsed is always something that we as seekers have difficulty understanding and feel kinda left out - but your explanation made perfect sense to what I'm experiencing. I'm in SLC and just accepted a job in Washington. I nearly cried when I left my position at the University of Utah. I may try to stay though and would be interested to find out if you end up staying as well.
